Fish Kulambu Podi / மீன் குழம்பு பொடி 250g

Ingredient : Coriander, Kashmiri Chilli, Cumin, Pepper, Saunf, Mustard, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Salt, Chanadal

Preparation Method : Heat gingelly oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves, then sauté onions and tomatoes. Add garlic, 2 spoons of HK Foods Fish Kulambu Podi, and water; boil well. Pour in tamarind water, coconut paste, and salt, then let it simmer. Add cleaned fish pieces and cook gently for 8–10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves – tasty fish curry is ready.
