Mutton Masala / மட்டன் மசாலா

Ingredient : Coriander, Dry Red Chilli, Saunf, Cumin, Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Mace, Clove, Cardamom, Kapok Buds, Stone Flower, Bay Leaf, Salt, Rice, Kashmiri Chilli.

Preparation Method : Heat oil, sauté onions and tomatoes well, then add 2 spoons of mutton masala for 1/2 kg of mutton. Now, pour the required amount of water, and cook in a pressure cooker until it whistles. Once the oil separates, let it boil well and then remove from heat. If needed, you can add coconut paste.
